Registration Policy
Organisers aim to ensure participation of all individuals who wish to attend the event. In case of over representation, the organisers reserve the right to refuse registrations if there are too many participants from the same institution, management authority and/or country. We will not be able to accept additional registrations once the event is full, even if this occurs before the registration deadline.
